Ana Gonzalez is a dedicated leader overseeing the day-to-day operations of Citrus Bay, where she strives to provide personalized and memorable experiences for every guest. With over two decades of customer service experience, she has built strong relationships with guests, clients, vendors, and the Saint Petersburg community.
 
Beyond her role at Citrus Bay, Ana has been an essential figure in the community. As a Spanish translator for the RSVP Volunteer Center, she assisted low-income individuals in filing tax returns and applying for housing and utilities grants. Additionally, Ana worked closely with the league for the blind and disabled, helping clients understand their options and offering support with transportation and appointment information. Proudly immersed in the Saint Petersburg community, Ana has partnered with a local second chance nonprofit organization, providing job opportunities, donating resources, and actively volunteering to further their mission of helping those in need. Ana strives to be a positive example, showing others how the spirit of hospitality and compassion can create a positive ripple effect on guests and the community.
